Monica Anderson serves as the Legal Operations Manager at Inlet Law, where she oversees the firm's daily operations and works to ensure clients receive exceptional service from their first interaction through the successful resolution of their matter.
Born and raised in Alaska, Monica grew up in a small community in a commercial fishingfamily, giving her a deep appreciation for hard work, integrity, and the importance of serving her community.
Before joining Inlet Law, Monica built a successful career in healthcare, where she served in a variety of roles over more than 12 years, culminating in executive leadership at a community health center.
Her experience leading teams, managing operations, ensuring regulatorycompliance, and improving organizational processes translates seamlessly to her role as LegalOperations Manager.
Outside of the office, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, their three adult children, and their two dogs. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and making the most of Alaska's incredible outdoors, especially when it means creating lasting memories with family.
